Palo santo, also called sacred wood, is said to calm and clear the mind and aid in healing. Wear on the left wrist to attract blessings and guidance, connect with mother earth and stimulate creativity. Wear on the right wrist to get rid of unwanted baggage, negativity and stress.

This sacred wood, which originates from areas of South America, is felled from the tree, then left on the ground for another 4 to 10 years to have that characteristic sweet scent of sacred wood.
