Kyanite is one of two crystals that do not need to be cleaned as it does not absorb negative energy. Blue kyanite was first discovered in 1789 by AG Werner and got its name from the Greek word "kuanos" which means "blue". It is often found next to stone lightning, which only makes this stone more powerful! The color of Kyanite can range from a very light baby blue to a dark indigo color that resembles a soft black.
